Naengmyeon 냉면 - Translates to Ice Noodle in English. This Noodle dish is especially popular in the hot and humid Korean summer.

The noodles are made with buckwheat four and mixed together with some vegetables and sauce. Another style to eat this noodle is called Mul Naengmyeon 물냉면 - which translates to Water Ice Noodle.
